I love this diagram from an article in my Quality Progress magazine this month. One because I love coffee, two because I love coffee breaks, and three because I love process flow diagrams (although I'm sure not as much as engineers do).
Sigma freud always makes me giggle. I'm actually a bit of a legacy QPer. My grandfather is one of their longest tenured fellows (as he notes though, all that means is that he outlived everyone else).
I hadn't gotten to my copy of Quality Progress yet, so I'm glad you posted this. Made me laugh.
