Too Important to Give Up

USA Today had this graphic the other day.  I can easily live without pets (and gladly do!), but I'd be hard pressed not to try my best to spring for the other "necessities."  And you?

Although my wife is a stone cold dog loving freak, we have foregone the company of a pet for 6 years since our last dog died.

I have been mostly without a cell phone for 3 years. Lately we have spring $20 to buy a tracphone for which we pre-pay about $10/month for minutes.

In both cases, it has been a matter of budgeting. Something had to be cut.

On the other hand, my income generating business requires internet connection. We kept that.

Sounds like some wise, well-thought out choices, Dubbahdee. You should run for Congress!
