English Teacher Lament

From my oldest daughter, the High School English teacher:

Good news: I'm registered for a summer course. Bad news: I'm losing faith in our state universities. I picked up my book and found not one, not two, but three grammar errors on the bookstore receipt: "Last day to return textbooks for a full refund 2 bussiness days, No refunds on goggle's." Ugh! Like nails on a chalkboard.

All I can say to that is "edumacation isn't what it yous to bee."

Apparently their IT department is just as incompetent. After explaining that my password isn't working to login for my online class, he explains the steps to reset.

I reply, "yes, that's what I did Friday, it didn't work."

"Oh, well, you're locked out then; wait 30 minutes and it will reset and let you in."

"But I waited 12 hours and it still didn't work."

"Just wait 30 minutes and it will work."

"Uh, ok..." Anyone want to take bets as to whether or not it will work in 30 minutes?
